Log in with your email and password or your Google account — and if you forget your password, Grantboost emails you a temporary one.
Signing in with email and password
- Go to the login page.
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Password.
- Optionally, check Remember me to stay signed in longer on this device.
- Click Log in.
If your email or password doesn’t match an existing account, you’ll see a message letting you know — either that no account exists with that email, or that the email or password is invalid.
Signing in with Google
- Go to the login page.
- Click Login with Google.
- Choose your Google account and complete Google’s sign-in prompts.
Recovering a forgotten password
If you signed up with email and password and can’t remember it, Grantboost can send you a new one to get back into your account.
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- On the Password Recovery page, enter the email address for your account.
- Click Recover Password.
- You’ll see a confirmation: “Password Recovery Email Sent — Please check your email for further instructions.” Click Return to Login.
Important: Grantboost does not send you a password reset link. Instead, it emails you a temporary password you can use to log in right away.
- Check your email for the message containing your temporary password.
- Return to the login page and log in using your email address and the temporary password.
- Because this is a temporary password, Grantboost will automatically bring you to an Update Account Details screen.
- Enter a new password (at least 8 characters) under Enter New Password.
- Click Update Password.
Once you’ve set your new password, you’ll be taken back to the login page, where you can sign in normally using your email and your new permanent password going forward.
A few things to know
- If you signed up using Google, you sign in with Google as well — there’s no separate Grantboost password to recover in that case.
- The temporary password sent during recovery only works to get you to the password update screen — be sure to set a new permanent password right away.
